IKOB Inc. ("the Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, and publishes this Privacy Policy in order to safely process the personal information of users of MOMO ("the Service") as follows.
This policy was established for operating the Service and complying with app-market reviews and policies such as Google Play.

The Service restricts sign-up by children under 18. The Company does not intentionally collect children's personal information, and information of users identified as children is handled in accordance with applicable law.
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection/use is achieved. However, it may be retained in the following exceptional cases.

In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties. It may do so only with the user's consent or where based on law.
To provide the Service, the Company may outsource personal-information processing tasks. When doing so, it manages and supervises the work safely in accordance with law, and discloses the trustees and the outsourced tasks through this policy.
