IKOB Inc. ("the Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, and publishes this Privacy Policy in order to safely process the personal information of users of MOMO ("the Service") as follows.

This policy was established for operating the Service and complying with app-market reviews and policies such as the App Store and Google Play.

3Processing personal information of persons under 19

The Service restricts sign-up by persons under 19 years of age. The Company does not intentionally collect the personal information of persons under 19, and information of users identified as such is handled in accordance with applicable law.

4Retention and use period

In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay upon a member's withdrawal or once the purpose of collection/use is achieved. However, the following information may be retained for the periods below in accordance with applicable law.

5Provision of personal information to third parties

In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties. It may do so only within the scope of the user's prior consent or where based on law.

6Outsourcing of personal information processing

To provide the Service smoothly, the Company outsources the following personal-information processing tasks, and when doing so it defines the necessary matters and supervises the trustee so that personal information is managed safely in accordance with law.
